I have discovered a profound truth. Genius is never a substitute for hard work and preparation. If you study people like Einstein, George Washington Carver and Thomas Edison, you will discover they all had something in common outside of their genius. It was hard work and preparation. If I can leave you with one thing to add to your quality of life, let it be this. Along with all of your God-given gifts and talents, add hard work and preparation and you will be surprised at what God does in and through you.
