Deborah Mayers was born May9,1951 in Los Angeles California, she knew at a very young age, that she had a unique way of communicating which drew and kept the attention of listeners.Her father, who was also a published author, introduced her to Shakespeare and Edgar Allen Poe as a means of drawing her into a love of literature. Furthermore, her teachers always encouraged her in the area of her speaking gift through the narration of plays and speaking at various school events. Deborah married in her teens and had 2 children, a son Robert and daughter Ila. However, by 18 she went on to a career in Social Services where she received letters of accommodation for solving difficult court cases in the Welfare Investigation Section. 
Years later she decided to seek higher education and left the work force to attend San Jose State University, where she received a BA in Social Science concentrating in Economics. Deborah currently resides in Redlands California with her Chowpug Molly, while establishing herself as a Motivational Speaker and Life Coach.
